In the Digital Co-production Lab, NEXT LEVEL sets up its temporary base camp for digital innovation.
The KoLab opens up spaces for experiments in areas such as VR, AR, projection mapping, creative coding, and audio-reactive installations. In close connection with the Dortmunder U, the storyLab kiU of FH Dortmund, and the Academy for Theatre and Digitality, it promotes interdisciplinary collaboration among creatives. As a place where technological tools are not an obstacle, but rather material and co-creators, the Co-production Lab becomes a catalyst for projects where narrative, technology, and artistic practice are intertwined.
