Quantum Jungle
An interactive light installation about the secrets of the quantum world.
“Quantum Jungle” invites you to explore the abstract world of quantum physics with your hands. A large wall, covered with over a thousand touch-sensitive metal springs and countless LEDs, reacts to every touch, translating it into flowing light movements. The installation is based on Schrödinger’s equation, which models the movement of a quantum particle. This makes central concepts like superposition, interference, wave-particle duality, and the collapse of wave functions tangible. Instead of making physics seem complicated and distant, the installation transforms it into a sensory, playful experience. Children and adults alike find themselves in a digital jungle that sparks curiosity, creates wonder, and makes scientific principles accessible through aesthetic experience. “Quantum Jungle” demonstrates how transmission between science, art, and the audience can work: complex knowledge is translated into immediate experience that inspires and connects.
